How do I get started?
Open app.0km.space and create a profile. Nothing to download.
How do I pay?
By card when you book, on a secure page. Your card details never pass through 0km.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, in the app. Cancel in time and we refund the full amount to your card.
What if the camera does not read my plate?
Scan the QR code at the barrier from the app and it opens.
What if I stay longer?
Pay for the extra time only, in the app, and drive out.
Can I have more than one car?
Yes, they all sit in one profile, and you book for the car you choose.
Do I get a document for my payment?
Yes, a receipt by email whenever you request it in the app.
Parking owners
What do I need to get started?
Write to sales@miningbg.com. The MINING team installs and connects the equipment, reusing any barriers and cameras you already have, and gives you access to the owner portal.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the lot and the equipment. Write to sales@miningbg.com for a quote.
How do I get paid?
You see every payment in the portal, and settlement follows your contract.
How do your staff get in?
Add their plates in the portal and the camera lets them in without a booking.
